On February 2, Mr. Cheng Bingqiang (Board Chairman and Party Secretary of China MCC5 Group) visited the site of Zhanjiang Steel Projects constructed by MCC5. At that moment, Zhanjiang Steel Projects were in the peak construction stage. Mr. Xu Yongfeng (Board Director and Vice General Manager of China MCC5 Group, General Manager of MCC5 Group Shanghai Corp. Ltd.) and Mr. Wang Chongyun (Vice General Manager of MCC5 Group Shanghai Corp. Ltd.) accompanied Mr. Cheng Bingqiang to visit the projects site.
After taking off the aircraft, Mr. Cheng Bingqiang immediately went to visit the construction site of the MCC5’s ongoing projects: 2030 Cold Mill Project (Contract Section 2), Whole-Plant Fuel Project (Contract Section 2), Coking and Gas Refining Project, etc. He also talked amicably with the construction management personnel of all project departments of MCC5.
At present time, all projects of MCC5 were under stable control: The Coking and Gas Refining Project caught up with the project schedule; the civil work of Cold Rolling Contract Section 2 and Fuel Contract Section 2 were basically completed and ready for erection work. For the further work, Mr. Cheng Bingqiang requested the commanding department of MCC5 to pay attention to the difficulties such as big work quantities, complicated interfaces and many unpredictable factors. He also instructed the project departments to implement the whole-process fine management, build up MCC5 Brand and create high efficiency, so as to guarantee the coke production date (6.30) and the target of putting into production (15.9).
On February 3,the leaders of MCC Group held the Zhanjiang Steel Projects Promotion Meeting and visited the coking site of MCC5. Mr. Guo Wenqing (Board Chairman and General Manager of China MCC Group) spoke highly of project image and product advantages of MCC5. He instructed MCC5 to summarize the experience for cooperation between the construction company and the design company to create the whole-process integration of metallurgical industry. Mr. Cheng Bingqiang and Mr. Xu Yongfeng accompanied the he leaders of MCC Group to visit the site.
